Many people believe weight loss is all hard work and deprivation. That you have to perform hours of cardio exercises and eat bland food. This is one way to go. How Do I Make It Fun?
Experiment! To find your “best way to lose weight”, you need to try different types of activities and find what works for you. For example, when I got off my butt years ago and started exercising again, I started with walking my dog. While continuing to walk my dog everyday, I began cycling 3 days a week. As I got in shape, I added weight training for three days a week. I then added golf into the mix. As I became fitter, I needed more activities because my energy levels increased. I looked for activities that I enjoyed and kept building off of the progress I was making.
