If you find it difficult to add these foods to your diet you may want to consider taking a good krill or fish oil supplement. Physical Activity You simply must get active again. People usually claim that they “get plenty of exercise” at work or elsewhere. These same people claim that they eat healthy as well. These statements are not likely to be true if you are overweight. It is a matter of perception. There are some diseases, hormone conditions, and the like that contribute to weight gain.
