There is a new diet called the belly fat diet. What is the main reason that you diet? My belly fat, especially when it turns into a muffin top. The diet targets unwanted belly fat that has accumulated over the years. This is very important to your health because it puts you in a high risk category for a heart attack.

This belly fat diet is about tricking your body. The use a method called calorie shifting. Calorie shifting is about eating meals but you have a different amount of calories at each meal. Yes, in this diet you actually get to eat.

Calorie shifting is supposed to jump-start the metabolism. You are basically shocking your body because it does not know just how many calories is going to be converted into energy. When you calorie shifting your body is not going to know to do, so it takes adipose (fat) tissue from around your belly and uses it for energy.

The idea is to stimulate your body into burning your belly fat. Its goal is to keep the metabolism of your body high so no matter what you’re doing your body is burning calories in a highly efficient manner.

This diet is great because you do not have to do any intense exercise. I mean it is still a good idea to move your body, but the older I get, the more aches I have in my joints and bones. A moderate exercise plan is a good thing.

This diet doesn’t have any harmful side effects and is considered to be a safe diet. I mean what could be wrong with utilizing your body as a machine to burn calories at any time of the day even when it you are sleeping. It almost sounds too good to be true.
